The library is automated using the integrated library management software KOHA. The library always tries to disseminate the right information to the right person at the right time.

LIBRARY RULES
- All members of the staff and students are members of the College library and are entitled to use library for reference and to take books on loan.
- (a) No person other than the members of the staff and students is allowed to use the library and take books on loan.
- (b) College ID card is library card itself.
- (c) Without ID card no issues, returns and renews are allowed.
- No students can take more than one book at a time.
- Before leaving the library each member shall return to the Library Asst. any books periodicals etc. taken by him/her for reference
- No books/periodical from out side will be allowed inside the reading room or stock room for reference.
- Sleeping and smoking are strictly prohibited in the Library.
- Members shall not keep a book for more than fortnight. A book may be issue to the same student if there is no other applicant.
- Absence from College will not be admitted as an excuse for delay in returning bok
- The Librarian may recall a book at any time even when the normal period of loan is not over
- On no account shall a member disfigure a library book. When a member reeves a book rom the library she/he shall satisfy himself /herself that the book is in sound condition. If it is not, the mater should be at once brought to the notice of librarian, otherwise the member shall be liable for the replacement of the book, by a new copy.
- Members are not allowed to sub-lent the books taken by them. Breach of this rule may lead to the loss of the membership
- Member shall replace books lost or pay for them a price to be Fixed by the principal.
- Writing of any kind or marking up on the book in ink or pencil will also be damages done to the book.
- Members (Students & Staff) shall not bring personal belongings and library books issued to them inside the library and stock room.
- All members of teaching staff of the college are members of the library. Each member may borrow ten books at a time excluding prescribed text books necessary for teaching.
- Non-teaching staff of the college can borrow three book at a time.
- On working days the library will be kept open from 9.30 a.m. to 4.00 pm
- Separate section for reference work is arranged in the library. In the reference section, blind students can make use of Braille dictionaries.
- Students should sign the Gate Register on entering the library.
